What this page covers
Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante’s guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools (10 June 2021) apply to cookies and to any similar technology that stores or reads information on your device, such as local storage. The Site uses no cookies for visitors and only technical items, which need no consent. The only optional third-party content is YouTube on the Video page: it is loaded only with your consent, which you give when you press play or in Privacy preferences (link in the footer of every page).
What the Site stores on your device
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Provider | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
alu-theme |
Local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Created only when you press the theme button and never sent to us | Until you clear your browser data | Alusonic (first party) | Not needed – technical, requested by you |
alu-consent |
Local storage | Records your privacy choice (whether YouTube videos may load), so the banner is not shown again. Never sent to us | 6 months, then we ask again | Alusonic (first party) | Not needed – it stores your choice |
People who log in to manage the Site (not visitors) also receive the WordPress login cookies (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-*, wordpress_test_cookie), which are strictly necessary for authentication.
Third-party content, loaded only after your click
| Content | Provider | What happens once you allow it |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube videos (Video page) | Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, through youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode) |
The YouTube player loads. Google receives your IP address and browser data and may store or read information on your device. See Google’s privacy policy. |
Before you allow it, nothing is requested from Google: the video preview images are served from our own server. Links to our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages are ordinary links: no data is sent to those networks unless you follow them. Fonts are served from our own server.
Statistics
We count, in aggregate, which pages and models are viewed and how far the contact form is completed. This uses no cookie, no device storage and no identifier, and no IP address is stored, so no consent is needed.
Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Privacy preferences (shield button at the bottom left, or the footer link). You can also delete everything the Site stores by clearing this site’s data in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
