4. Who receives your data
- Hosting: Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), as data processor. Before launch, a preview copy of the Site runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in its Milan (Italy) region.
- Email delivery: messages from the contact form are sent through the SMTP service of Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), as data processor, and received in our mailbox at info@alusonic.com, hosted by Aruba S.p.A.
- Professional advisers (such as our accountant) and public authorities where required by law.
- Google, only if you play a YouTube video; Google then acts as an independent controller under its own policy.
- Andrea Marco “Polly” Pollice and any collaborators authorised to handle enquiries.
We do not sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Our own processing takes place in the European Union. Data leaves the EU only if you play a YouTube video: your data may then also be sent to Google LLC (USA), which participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). The Site’s fonts are served from our own server and do not involve Google.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18) and portability (20), and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (21). Where processing is based on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting earlier processing (Art. 7(3)). Write to info@alusonic.com; we reply within one month.
You can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome – www.garanteprivacy.it – or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

The Site is not directed at people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
