1. Who we are
This website (alusonic.com, the “Site”) is operated by Alusonic di Pollice Andrea Marco, sole proprietorship trading as Alusonic Audio Technology, Via Serrata 4a, 47833 Morciano di Romagna (RN), Italy, VAT no. 03865350403, info@alusonic.com, +39 366 2089806.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Alusonic’s basses and guitars, the artists who play them, videos, showrooms and repair services. It is informational: the Site does not sell products online and does not accept orders.
3. Enquiries and quotes
- Sending the contact form, or writing to us, is an enquiry: it does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us.
- Quotes and availability information are not binding unless we confirm them in writing.
- A custom instrument or a repair is agreed only through a separate written order, with its own terms (price, deposit, delivery time, warranty and, for consumers, any statutory rights).
4. Content and intellectual property
Texts, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks and designs on the Site belong to Alusonic or to their respective owners. You may view the Site and share links to it; you may not copy, republish or use its content commercially without written permission. Names and marks of artists and other brands belong to their owners and are shown for information.
5. Acceptable use
Do not try to disrupt the Site or gain unauthorised access to it, send spam or automated submissions through the form, or submit unlawful content or other people’s data without the right to do so.
6. Accuracy of information
We keep the Site as accurate as we can, but specifications, finishes and availability may change and may contain errors: please confirm details with us before relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Italian or EU law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Third-party content and links
Embedded videos and external links are provided by third parties, who are responsible for their own content and privacy practices. See the Cookie Policy.
8. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Availability
The Site is provided as it is and may be interrupted for maintenance.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction, as provided by Italian consumer law. In all other cases the court of Rimini, Italy, has jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
